- Paystack: Payment processing. Your email and transaction amounts are shared to facilitate secure payments. Paystack is PCI DSS compliant.
- Termii: SMS and WhatsApp messaging. Your phone number is shared to deliver OTP codes and appointment notifications.
- Resend: Email delivery for password reset and account notifications.
These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.

Your data is stored securely using encrypted databases. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Authentication tokens are stored in HTTP-only secure cookies. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, encryption in transit, and regular security reviews.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 6 years for compliance with Nigerian tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
