1. Finalizing Your Swap Value

Your online valuation is a highly accurate estimate based on the details you provided. The final swap price is officially locked in after a quick, standard physical and software diagnostic check by our team. If the actual condition differs from your initial inputs, we will provide a transparent, updated valuation on the spot.

2. The 7-Day Testing Warranty

We want you to swap with confidence! Every device comes with a 7-day testing warranty. If you experience an internal hardware or software fault that we missed (e.g., random restarts or network issues) within the first 7 days, we have you covered.

3. What Is NOT Covered

• Accidental physical damage or drops.
• Water or liquid damage.
• A simple "change of mind" after the swap is completed.

4. The Security Seal

All swapped phones leave our office with a tiny, tamper-evident security sticker over the bottom screws. If this sticker is removed, punctured, or broken, the 7-day warranty is immediately void.

5. How We Resolve Issues

If a valid, covered fault is found within the 7-day window, our team will either repair the issue for free, swap the device for an identical model, or provide iSwapDeals store credit. Please note that cash refunds are not available for finalized swap transactions.
